Did you you run it through the diagnosis/dr planta feature?
How often do you water? How much light is it getting.
It could be fungus infection, spider mites, or lack of nutrients.

I would clean up any debris and check for mites. If that’s the case you’ll want to check your other plants too. Treatment is pretty easy and there are a lot of tutorials.
Good luck with your beautiful plant I hope he is on the mend soon.

I have not yet. I just switched from another plant app that wasn’t very helpful. He gets watered when the top bit of dirt is dry and he gets misted
For light we have two large north facing windows. He sits a couple feet from there.

I love the dr. Planta app. The other apps all say over watered or disease and I end up killing the plant following their advice.
Indirect light from north should be good. Too much can sometimes cause spots on snake plants.

I find brown spots like that are have a high probability of being mites or fungus
If it’s fungus you can just repot and treat it.
You can buy several different treatments or there are tutorials online using baking soda and other homemade organic formulas. I have not tried this in a snake plant but it worked on my hydrangea.

It’s a calathea they don’t like lime in their water. Use distilled water that should help

As well as added humidity

I don’t let me soil dry for my calatheas. The picture looks a bit dry. I water weekly and mist daily
