this is usually a sign of a fungal issue in the soil. you can’t get rid of them but if you treat you can save the plant overall

That’s how edema looks in Birkins. The spots are caused when the excess water builds up. This makes the cells burst leaving the spots. Excess water in the soil is the root cause.
