I’m new to anthuriums is this normal yellowing or fungal? There were bugs in the original substrate so I transferred it to semi hydro and treated w neem oil. Is this normal? Fungal? Not sure what to do any ideas are appreciated!! I trimmed the brown tip earlier there is a new growth point

Also it had been adjusting in a dark spot and is maybe too close to my grow light
