# Hey everyone, Short long story: I bought this plant and it started…

Hey everyone,  
Short long story: I bought this plant and it started immediately to have problems. She had root rot, I’ve cleaned it and changed all the soil. Then I’ve seen that she had pests (as she started to curl the leaves) and I’ve treated her and cleaned the leaves regularly. I assume that she had stress as she isn’t growing at all. The new leaf stopped her grow (she was growing already dried).  
Now she is in this condition for about 2 weeks and nothing changes. What should I do?

She looks good for what she’s been through! Good job saving her! I would cut off the super dead leaves (if you don’t know how you can YouTube it). It’s super simple but kinda hard to explain. And just give her time to heal ❤️ with appropriate light and water eventually she’ll start pushing new leaves out again!

agree, give it time! but i’d also prune that dried leaf if you haven’t

Thank you for advice! I cut the leaf today. I was afraid to do anything to her just to not stress her more. Haha 😁
