Keep treating like you are. That's just how spider mites react to treatments. It triggers them to breed and hatch asap. These are what I’ve tried, it says to do the alcohol on every other day, or do a vinegar baking soda and dish soap mix.. I also make sure when I have had them to keep my pathos in higher humidity and watered it a little less than normal to help keep it from being over watered.
