My monkey mask Monstera plant is struggling and I’m new to plants so I’m not really sure how to help it. Many of the leaves have turned yellow and then brown. Does anyone know what I can do to help it?

you may be over watering it, is it in direct light and getting scorched? also these plants love humidity so maybe a moss pole might help it and give it support
