Any ideas what this may be on my fiddle leaf? I found this plant outside my apartment building and it doesn’t have pests and overall seems very healthy with lots of new growth. I just wonder what his is from

If it was outside it may be sun damage depending on how long it was out there!

Probably sunburn. I had my out on the balcony this summer and the leaves looked like your picture. I managed to catch it pretty quickly and place it on the shadier side of the balcony and it recovered well.
