Hi, I have this monstera that was a pretty decent size and all the leafs started getting these brown spots in it. When I started reading about it I saw people saying to cut off the dead leafs but I might have over done it. This leaf was perfect and now is getting what ever all the other leafs had. I cleaned off all the roots and repotted it about a week ago and just wanted to see if anybody has any advice. The pot is filled with about 65% roots.

my guess is the yellowing \& brown spots are due to overwatering/not enough light. i’d pop that bad boy in a bright spot \& see if you can save that leaf but if it’s too far gone just chop it \& treat the plant like normal (but in a brighter light spot \& let the soil dry out maybe halfway before watering again). over time some leaves should grow back.
also, is that one of those pots that are attached to the saucer, with a tiny hole near the bottom? if so, i have bad luck with those \& have to be careful to keep the pot tilted so water drains out fully when i water. otherwise it’s too easy for water to just sit at the bottom.

Might be rust (a fungus)
