Are these mealies on my hoya pubicalyx 🥲 ? I've never had them before, so its hard for me to tell.

They are only on the tips of new growth as far as I can see ☹️

If they are, please give me advice on how to handle/treat this particular plant. Thank you so much

Mealies are larger white bugs that will leave white fluffy egg sacs around your plant. This does not look like mealies to me :)

Really hard to see, but maybe spider mites! I’d use some grow safe kinda a cure all except for mealy bugs I think
