These leaves are looking a little soggy idk what to do I added more perlite to the soil already.

how often do you water it?  
when you squeeze the pot is the soil really dry and crunchy? if so maybe the soil is hydrophobic!

i have the same plant and it’s been giving me a hard time with its soil, i usually bottom water it to prevent the soil from getting hydrophobic (i know it does this when the leaves get droopy and the soil isn’t fully soaking up water from top watering)
