Hi! This is my dieffenbachia plant, does anyone have any tips on how to help it recover??? The left side was taken when I first bought the plant. It stayed like that for 8 months and then randomly started dying, even though nothing changed. The right picture is how it currently looks. Any advice is appreciated 😊

Take it out of the pot rinse the roots take of any tiny ones taking up extra space the aren’t needed really and then repot it in the same pot or a slightly bigger one the give it some water

Thank you for your help! I’ll try this!

This looked like mine and it had root rot. I would recommend checking to make sure. Mine looked a bit more worse than yours but mine was not growing and I even added a grow light. I cut mine back and replanted the cuttings and they seem to be doing better with a repot.

Oh interesting! This is what mine looked like when I removed it from the pot. Is this root rot?
