Repot in a well draining soil, get a pebble tray or humidifier on it, go ahead and spray the leaves really good to shake off any pests and then spray it super good with neem oil… ISOLATE this plant for a month or so from your other ones. If you have a tendency to overwater plants use a soil moisture meter before watering or you could choose a self watering pot. Then put it where it gets bright/ indirect light during the day.. good luck

I also would make sure the roots are not black when you repot. If you do get rid of the black ones by cutting them away. Spray the roots with half water and a little hydrogen peroxide. Or you can spray neem oil on the roots lightly. But definitely get rid of that soil ASAP

A few of the leaves are in pretty rough shape

Mqybe its just the picture, it looks like a pretty normal GC. That one unfurling, may need more humidity. But generally just setting it up properly, it'll be fine. Just be careful how much light you give it at first, as the GC lighter leaves can get scorched if not acclimated.

Nice score! It’ll definitely make it back to health with good watering habits and lighting.
