#MajestyPalm, New plant mom. I notice these spots are starting to appear, what is this? What can I do to prevent further happenings? Any suggestions or tips?

I would make sure you use filtered water because they are very sensitive to minerals in the water. You could also maybe Invest in palm fertilizer as palm trees need magnesium, hope this helps!

This helps 100%! I will be using filtered water moving forward, I have fertilizer on the way. How often do you typically fertilize?

Once a month and I fertilize less in the winter

Check for spider mites they love palms

Thank you for that! Does spraying the top soil and leaves with Neem oil help prevent and/or kill any existing?

I don’t see any insects on the leaves, searching through the soil I did find one tiny bug crawling and seen a very small gnat. Should I be suspicious?
