Okay plant fam — I need your help. I’m a very new plant mom and I’ve run into a mystery…

2/  
This little plant sprouted out of nowhere in my succulent pot — like it just appeared one day. I had no idea what it was, but it looked cute and determined, so I decided to repot it.

3/  
Ever since I gave it its own home, though… it’s been looking kinda sad. 🥲  
The top looks okay, but one of the bottom leaves turned yellow and now I’m worried I messed something up.

4/  
Can anyone tell me:  
🔹 What kind of plant this is?  
🔹 What might be wrong with it after repotting?  
🔹 How can I help it thrive?

5/

(I promise I’m giving it love — just clearly not the right kind yet!)
