Probably from over or under watering. How often are you watering it? Also, this plant wants a lot more light

I water it when the soils is dry so maybe like once a week. It is also right under a grow light so I don’t know how it could need more light or how to give it more.

Agreed with it wanting more light. And also it might need to be repotted. And check the watering schedule.
