Help! My orchid had a terrible root rot problem and I cut off almost every root because it had rot, it was perfectly fine for awhile but now it’s getting sad and has lost a leaf 😢

After losing that much of its root system it is bound to throw off some leaves. Don’t give up on it. Did you treat with hydrogen peroxide for the rot?
