When you water, is it splashing up off the dirt onto the leaves?

Drip irrigation is best because squash/pumpkin leaves don’t like getting wet.

Oooo hasn’t been! But I think you’re right with the moisture and fungal notes, gonna try a combination of antifungal spray and some soil treatment, ty!
