This photo was from a few weeks ago.. should I take the damaged leaves off? Also, should any of it be repotted? I’m not sure if it’s crowded or not

You should probably take the damaged or dead leaves off your plants as well as plan to repot in the future. but for right now it seems to be in a comfortable sized pot!
