Why does my golden pothos get new growth and as the leaf is unfolding another leaf is trying to unfold inside of that leaf? What should I do?

Interesting! I’ve personally never seen that before. I don’t think it’s concerning as the plant looks happy. Looks to me that it’s just growing quickly
