I have this fungus???? In the back of my plumeria leaves. Any advice on how to treat this issue?

That's scale bugs

Thank you for responding so quick. Now I could just google for the treatment

If you have any alcohol. You can just soak a qtip and rup them off.

I used a mixture of water and dish soap and remove them and just keep an eye on it. Thank you again

Scales. Also, wipe down the entire pot and the area with isopropyl alcohol. Isolate the infected plant. Scales multiply very quickly. Recheck all the plants every week for a month. They are difficult to deal with when they die and harden with their off springs underneath. 😬
