My chinese money tree started to develop these spots, and I haven’t had any growth from this plant. Anyone know what’s going on?

Edema? I really don’t know for sure but I had black spots on a plant and someone told me it was edema from overwatering.

Yes looks like edema, so best check soil isn’t staying wet, may need to check roots if continues, you can see popped water spots, then causing bacteria/ fungal infection
