Hello there

Hoping someone might be able to give me some advice for my poorly philodendron white wave! He generally seems to be otherwise well but the new central leaf is looking extremely sad - brown and crispy - and I’m not sure what’s wrong with him? Grateful for any advice y’all can offer 💛🌱
