No pests? Have you repotted it at all?

I think it might be pest idk! I was using neem oil, but it stunk so bad i stopped. I’m going to repot it this weekend

There's other options than neem. That are generally better bug killers. Jacks Dead Bug by Bonide is pretty popular. Depending on the type of pests there's insecticidle soap, which you can also make your own with Castille (I like the Peppermint as bugs usually dislike the smell too). If you don't have kids or pets that get into the plants, there's bonides systemic granules. Or if you do Sierra SNS 209 is pet/kid safe systemic

Make sure it's a good chunky mix for it. Ideally peat free
