I recently moved locations and my marble queen pothos has these dried brown bits, is this something to worry about?

I’m not sure if I’m seeing exactly what you’re talking about but I have a marble queen as well and it has brown bits all over it and lives in a shady room and still grows new leaves all the time. Are you referring to the brown on the stems? You can easily remove those by cleaning them with a q tip and a little bit of hydrogen peroxide.

No, they are just old bits of the old sheath
