If it's a leaf on the bottom of the stem (older) and it's showing no other signs of unhappiness, it's probably just the end of that leaf's life. You can cut it off, but it's still useful to the plant, and as it sucks the life out of the leaf, it recycles as much as it can for energy. No real reason to cut off the leaf other than for looks.

That yellowing leaf tip is usually a sign of overwatering, underwatering, or perhaps a lack of humidity. Here’s what you can do:

1\. \*\*Don’t chop off the entire leaf\*\* just yet. Instead, you can trim just the yellow part using clean scissors. Make sure to cut along the natural leaf shape to keep it looking nice.

2\. \*\*Check watering\*\*: Ensure you’re not overwatering or letting the plant sit in soggy soil. Let the top inch of soil dry before watering again.

3\. \*\*Increase humidity\*\*: If your plant is in a dry environment, consider misting it or placing a humidity tray nearby.

After trimming the yellow part and checking the watering routine, your plant should start looking happier!

I've never had much luck with trimming the yellow. It just yellows further and further in for me. Trimming the brown bits hasn't ever given me problems though. Definitely don't want to cut healthy tissue I know. Anymore I just wait until it gets brown and crumbly and just crunch it off the leaf, and I leave any yellowing alone unless it shows any other signs of sickness within the yellow
