Anyone know what are these white spots on my Cora red? What should I do?

Both look dry. They fold their leaves to conserve moisture. It needs fertilizer as well since the leaves are typically darker. Vincas are annuals that die off when the temperature drops. The white spots could come from dryness or aging. I’ve seen them on mine at the end of season. It doesn’t look fungal. 🪴🍀
