Why are my Gollum Jade Branches Falling?!
The two branches I’m holding are completely limp. I usually water every 2 weeks and plant gets partial light. Not sure what could’ve caused this/if they can be saved or if they should be propagated now?!

I would propagate the damaged stems. For best luck with this, cut it diagonally between the “nodes” (the lines along the stem where the leaves once were. Those are spaces for it to grow new roots). As for getting to the bottom of the cause, you’ll want to rule out all the possibilities. From the looks of it, I would be the most concerned about the soil not draining well or a pest or fungal issue like bacterial soft rot that causes the stems and branches in particular to collapse.

In the meantime, I would try to give it more light if it’s only getting partial light. Jades love full sun, and I keep all of mine in a south windowsill. You can gently transition it to brighter light by placing it close to a brighter windowsill, then after a few weeks, moving it a little closer, then repeating until it’s adjusted enough to entering the windowsill. Hope this helps!

To rule out the soil, what kind of soil is it in (brand, the contents, etc.) and when was the last time it was repotted? How long does it take for the soil to completely dry out, does the pot have drainage holes, and do you let it completely dry out between waterings?

To rule out pests, check the undersides of the leaves, the stems, and the soil

If you’ve ruled both of those out, my best bet is soft rot, especially if the stems and branches seem to be what’s the most affected. If that’s the case, you’ll want to cut everything that’s collapsed off asap, spray it with a fungicide, and clean the shears off afterwards to prevent spreading it to anything else. Quarantine it from other plants for a while as well, especially any other jades.

I’m seeing quite a few air roots on your jade at the base of the leaves, so it’s trying to save itself. Those roots could develop into proper roots if you propagate them by cutting them as far up as you can (where the rot ISN’T yet), spraying it with a fungicide, and letting the ends of the cuttings callous for a day or two. There’s a couple of different ways to propagate a jade, so as long as the leaves haven’t been affected yet, they could survive propagation and develop roots to form a new plant.
