The drainage in your pot? If there's no hole in the bottom of the pot you should move it to a pot that has a drain hole.

It has a saucer in the bottom. When I fill it I do dump out the excess water.

I have a feeling it’s not getting enough light which could cause it to stay too moist.

Thank you! I have it under a plant lamp now. I did take it out and repot it to make sure the roots were doing ok and they are. They are now more spaced out to grow. It was 4 sections
