Some of my leaves are turning brown like this, I have a lot of spider plants in this pot. Is it overcrowding?

Browning tips is an inevitable part of owning spider plants, but also plants in general (in my experience). I don’t think it’s generally caused by overcrowding, but I have heard using distilled water should help (haven’t tried myself as I don’t have a supply of distilled water).

I have a couple small spider plants and both are not overcrowded by any means (both are from cuttings), but they do have some brown tips. I think you should only be super concerned if the browning spreads up the leaves/worsens.
