# Sooo I went to eat lunch rq and left my monstera in the car for like…

Sooo I went to eat lunch rq and left my monstera in the car for like an hour and i came back and her leaves are like a little black on the edges and she’s a little wilted. I just got her as a gift and I really want to be able to help herrr 😭😭😭. Any tips would be so appreciated!

I think you’ll need to cut that bent over leaf. I don’t think it will come back. Give her a good spot where her leaves can see the sky but not necessarily direct sun as she recovers from being overheated. In 2 weeks to a month, get her in some good chunky soil - #3 perlite, medium size orchid bark and coco chunks
