My catnip plant has developed these weird white specks that seem to be slowly wilting the leaves :( I've never kept catnip before \& I just got this plant casually from the local Petsmart for my kitties. I suspect fungal growth, but I try to avoid getting the leaves wet while watering \& I keep a grow light on the plant for about 12 hrs a day. Does anyone have any insight on what could be affecting my catnip? Much appreciated (from me \& my catnip-loving babies \<33)

As an owner of catnip, I can agree that this does happen to catnip plants, but it’s nothing to worry about, it’s Sun scald and you can fix it by making sure that the leaves are either dry or not in the bright sunlight after top watering
