My moms monstera has a couple leaves that have these little spots and we think they’re just sun freckles but we’re not sure- they’re completely flat and there’s no eggs or anything

Inspect back of leaf as well.

To me, it looks like some kind of oil based/detergent spray was used and burned the leaves.

We recently had our house treated with Ozone so that was probably it- thank you!
