Help! I got this String of Pearls plant about 3 weeks ago. I watered it and this is what happened :-(  
Any advice? Is it dead?

I think it’s a watering issue. I think you’ll be able to save it

Over or under watered?

Mine has looked like that when I’ve underwatered it and then overcompensated by adding too much water. Check the soil. Good luck
