# Hello all! So, I’m trying to propagate my poor pothos and one cutting…

Hello all! So, I’m trying to propagate my poor pothos and one cutting is going really well and pushing out a lot of roots and the leaves are healthy. But this cutting is confusing me, the leaf is getting progressively yellow but it’s pushing out what looks like growth points and a couple of roots. I’m not sure if it’s worth keeping if the leaf dies off or if that would affect the chance of it rooting and growing more? Thanks!!

you’ll lose that leaf but if you’ve got roots it will make more — don’t worry!

Yay! I’m really hoping I do, it’s always a sense of accomplishment when something works out in the planty world
