When was it last watered and how hot has it been? I have found grow bags to require almost twice the rate of watering. It can be saved unless it is a deeper issue beyond my basic diagnosis.

I watered it last night, today the weather is in the low 80s with some wind

Did you water her enough to soak down through the roots? Or did you just give her a dribble? She looks REEEEEEAALLY dry in the photo.

I filled up my gallon container to half, so maybe half a gallon?

I would soak that container in water! That tomato is so thirsty. Fabric pots means more watering. I usually add water to the saucer and let the plant soak it up from the bottom.

Did the plant come back? They usually respond immediately to water when they need it.

Hey I looked at your tomato plant and it can still be saved the leaves look a little stressed probably from too much or two little water I take the watering go out out for now and just water when the top of the soil feels dry also trim the yellow weaves to make sure I get sun but not too much heat in the afternoon and maybe give it some some fertilizerit might work rough now but tomato plants are tough it can bounce back
