It’s looks overwatered or without sufficient light too long or both. Is there a red pot inside the white pot? They may be slowing drainage.

The pot is too low in the ceramic pot blocking airflow which slows the soil drying out. Remove the layers of pots to let airflow get to the soil more efficiently. Move to a sunny location or within a foot of a grow light.

Check for root rot and cut out the decay. Disinfect with hydrogen peroxide. Replace all of the soil. Don’t water using a strict schedule without verifying the soil needs water. 🪴🍀
