I’ve had this plant for a really long time, I never knew what it was. Could anyone figure out what it is, it’s a desert plant. Lately its leaves haven’t been doing well \& hopefully once I figure out what it is I can help it.

I think it could be a desert rose - could you take a picture of the whole plant?
