Root rot

I just repotted it a few days ago and the roots looked good so I don't think it's root rot

If it’s an old leaf it’s probably just dropping it, it’s normal. Plants do it to make room for more leaves

Should I pull/cut it off or just let it fall off on its own?

It’s really up to you I normally just wait till it falls off on its own
