Looks like maybe tap water damage or getting too much sun they don’t like to get directly hit by the sun. If it’s a tap water problem you can use filtered water or aquarium water conditioner in your tap water (api stress coat) and don’t mist them like planta says every plant I’ve tried to mist it doesn’t do them any favors. I don’t think it’s a humidity issue but just for reference mine seem to be doing good around 50-60% humidity

If it starts dropping the leaves, just chop it back and it will regrow. Don’t throw it out. Maranta’s are famous for self-destroying at the teeniest bit of stress. It will grow back though! Mine has done it twice. Once, I wasn’t watering it enough and when I started watering it more, it dropped leaves like crazy. But, it grew back even bigger and healthier. Good luck!!
