What causes these spots? It’s driving me insane. No pests, and it’s only on two of the older leaves. New growth is not coming in with them.

I also have a birkins and from what I read in other forums it’s normal for this type of plant. I also have what people are calling rust spots on their birkins, and they all say it’s nothing to worry about.
