help! ive had this boston fern for about a year. last summer she was growing a lot and then this winter she lost almost everything. how can i help her thrive again? tia!  
(first picture is my fern now, second picture was last summer)

humidity!!!! humidity and lots of natural sun. plants can tell the difference between the sun and a growlight!

I agree with the first comment! More light / sun but also fertilize fertilize fertilize! ❤️ You can also trim some of the more leggy stems for more focus on new growth.
