What’s the light situation? I suggest taking the plant out of the container and checking out the root system it has! That can tell you a lot about the plants health :) #### Tabi :)さんが2024-06-08に返信しました Actually , I see now that you watered the plant yesterday and it’s a foot away from the window . It seems like you’re doing everything correctly but maybe let it dry out a bit and see if that helps! I noticed the gnats today. And where I live there’s a trash shoot right close to my door and is hard during summer. Am always pretty good a taking care of them but there’s always one or two that invites themselves in 🤦🏽‍♀️ ### Tabi :)さんが2024-06-08にコメントしました If you do see any of that, use the diagnosing thing on the app! It can tell you step by step how to take care of it correctly! ### send\_nodesさんが2024-06-08にコメントしました To me, the pot looks too large and the soil looks too dense. I would repot into a pot that’s the size of the root system. A mix of roughly 40% soil, 30% perlite, and 30% orchid bark seems to work well for alocasias Make sure that the stem isn’t too deep into the soil. I even leave 1-2 roots on the surface, because these guys are so prone to stem rot. If you repot, look for corms (they look like bulbs) and keep them because new plants can grow from them 🪴 #### Pam JRさんが2024-06-09に返信しました Yes that’s what the soil mix have however now that I took it’s out of of the pot, I can see that the bark it’s not sufficient and also that it’s to wet so I will do that. I’m going to repot it in a smaller pot and check her for a few days to see if that helps me. #### Pam JRさんが2024-06-09に返信しました The corms I always keep them this is actually the second time I have this plant and the first one died on me and I bought it again since I have this app to help me improve my game with some plants that I know I have had it 🤦🏽‍♀️ lol. I always put them back 🤷🏽‍♀️ #### send\_nodesさんが2024-06-09に返信しました It’s up to you! You can put them back in the original pot with the plant, and then you might get baby plants. You could always separate them later Or you can put the corms into their own pot. I grow mine in sphagnum moss.
