Help, not sure what this is on my rubber plant?  
White like flakes on her leaves. Haven’t changed or moved her since the got her 2 months ago. Other than that she has been healthy

This is natural, it’s a mineral that comes from the plant that crystallises. You can wipe the leaves every so often to clear it or just leave it. Here is it on my rubber tree
