# Is this little bulb with leaves coming out of it on my Hoya Lac a…

Is this little bulb with leaves coming out of it on my Hoya Lac a good or bad thing?

My cousin told me it was a sign of flat mites, but AI told me it’s definitely not flat mites and it’s a sign of a happy plant… So do I treat this lady with sulfur or leave her be?!

Personally I’d trust a real human over ai. And hey, if it IS harmless, better to be safe than sorry, right?

Yeah it won’t hurt to treat with sulfur either way I suppose!
