Can you take the bottom piece off the pot and let it drain out properly and dry out a bit?

Do you use the self watering pot? In my experience, those have killed my plants cuz the soil will be damp at all time. I still use those pots, I just take the ‘self watering’ bottom part off and bottom/top water from there, placing the bottom part back on once all the excess water drains out

Monsteras are prone to root rot so I'm going to venture to say you may be over watering or it isn't doing well in a self watering pot. Might be worth taking a look at the roots to see if any rot has started. Also a good opportunity to amend the soil if needed. Meaning adding things that will allow the roots to breathe a little more like perlite, bark, charcoal chunks. I have found Monsteras do better in chunky soil that drains very well and doesn't stay damp for too long. Good luck!!
