Check for pests if you don’t see any bugs, white spots or black spots,  
Check the roots they’re either overgrown or rotted.

Alocasia die back is common from what I've heard and some alocasias just loose all their leaves or loose one when growing another if it's a mature leaf I'd say you're finnee
