Got another plant who needs some help from you guys! My creeping Jenny is looking a little bit yellowish brown and she’s getting sorta dried up. I’ve watered her 3 times in the past 5 days and the situation hasn’t improved.. any tips

Thanks so much!!

I’d halt on the watering, and water once a week. I’d snip off any dead, crispy pieces. Once you do that if it’s looking leggy you can snip off the leggy parts and replant directly into the soil

Thanks so much! Should I use any specific snipping tools or are scissors fine?

Of course! I have snippers I use just for plants, but scissors will do! Make sure they are sanitized and clean prior and after use. And the stems of these guys are VERY delicate, so keep that in mind when you’re making cuts! In my experience they’re pretty easy to propagate, but try to be delicate when you’re snipping off dead stuff 🤗

Many of the stems are looking not so good at the bottoms but are growing new leaves at the top (She can’t make up her mind!) should I not cut them?

lol! I’ve had that exact same problem. I’d keep an eye on those guys since they’re shooting out new growth, and if more leaves start dying or you don’t like how it looks I’d propagate them 😊

And make sure no roots are exposed. They should be decently under dirt so they can suck up the water

Watering it 3 times in 5 days will only give it root rot. It may not be a watering issue, initially m. It could be low lighting or insufficient fertilizer. There is creeping Jenny on several brick walls near my neighborhood. They have completely covered the brick. So, the wall looks like trimmed hedges. They thrive in direct sun and high heat. I’m in zone 9a. Yours might need more light. Fertilize it, as well. 🍀🪴
