Have you checked the health of the roots?

That looks like Thrips damage. The black dots in those brown / silvery spots on the leaves is their poop.  
Remove all the leaves with that on the underside. Spray with a strong insecticide spray and repeat every 5-7 days for at least 21 days.

Monitor your plants closely as Thrips can travel easily to others.
