What did I do to my boobie cactus? It just arrived last week. Maybe just travel stress, or does it look overwatered?

First glance maybe it could be harsh light/hot air exposure after traveling? However, these little white dots kiiiinda look like either mealy bugs or white flies which may be the source of the leaf damage. Were there spots there when it arrived last week? I’d probably inspect closely and treat any little spots like that with a q-tip and water/diluted rubbing alcohol though

Luckily those little spots are just cosmetic, maybe oedema? Harsh lighting makes sense. I put her under Barrina grow lights right away but should have let her acclimate slowly.
