absolutely ANY advise on care for this would be so appreciated! very infrequently watered \& the room has good light for the plant according to planta :)

Remove brown leaves.  
They are dead.  
Rotate the pot so it doesn’t keep growing leaning towards the light.

we had thought this - they are VERY attached to the plant however so unsure how to go about this without causing further damage! will move the pot right away thank you :)

The sooner you remove dead/dying foliage the sooner your plant can focus on the healthy growth
